Web-seminars, audio conference or on-site programs, The Rozovsky Group provides innovative yet practical risk management and patient safety education programs. Core topics include consent to treatment, credentialing, documentation management, risk management for governance, essentials of risk management, bridging the chasm between risk management and patient safety, risk management solutions for clinical trials and effective communication skills.

Our education programs are custom-designed for each client. Experience demonstrates that some clients want interactive case studies, while others want a didactic program. Each risk management and patient safety seminar includes a PowerPoint presentation, a lexicon of acronyms or terms, suggested web sites and readings. With a view to continuing education credits, custom-designed programs include a statement of objectives, pre-test and post-test questions, and case studies.

Custom-designed risk management and patient safety education programs are crafted to meet client needs. Focused topic presentations may be one hour to 90 minutes in length, designed with ample room for interactive dialogue and questions and answers. Other risk management and patient safety education programs may be designed as half-day or full-day presentations. Working with clients, The Rozovsky Group develops an education program tailored to meet the goals of the healthcare organization or physician practice.
