Yesterday the Health Resources and Services Administration released the Final Rule for reporting on adverse and negative actions to the National Practitioner Data Bank for Adverse Information on Physicians and Other Health Care Practitioners.

The rule can be found online at the Federal Register, Vol. 75, No. 18.
